Located to the central Nepal, Manaslu region trek offers the best route for trekkers and mountaineers on its remote terrain, long-ridges and glacial valleys. The restriction is imposed to protect the fragile environment, nature and culture of the region. March-May and September to November are considered as the best time of the year for trekking in Manalsu region.
Trekking to Tsum valley takes you to into the vicinity of gigantic mountain rage of Ganesh Himal, Siringi Himal and Boudha Himal range. The valley once used to be the part of Tibet looks completely different to what you find elsewhere in Nepal. People of Tsum valley belongs from Tibetan origin where people still practice traditional culture and ritual and speaks ancient dialect. It used to be an important trade link with Tibet.
Manaslu Circuit Trek is a great trek in least-trekked region of Upper Manaslu with rare experience, hiking from sub-tropical, meditarrean, alpine to artic climatic zone and from dense vegetation to barren and arid landscapes crossing scenic Larke –la pass with great view of snowy peaks.
