Named after Kali, “The Goddess of Destruction”, Kali
Gandaki is one of most Holy River in
Nepal. Kali Gandaki River rises in Mustang, an enclave of Nepal poking into
Tibet on the other side of the Himalaya. The river plunges down through the
Himalaya, carving out through the deepest gorge in the world (Kali Gandaki
Gorge), in between Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna Mountain.
Kali Gandaki River Rafting is filled with enthralling

Day01: Early morning drive from Pokhara to reach the put-in
point near Beni. Explore the views of mighty Annapurna and Dhaulagiri peaks and
holy Machhapuchhre. Today, we start our rafting with some class III, this is
warm up rafting for the team, soon you will encounter 2 big class 4 rapids –
“Small Brother” and “Big Brother”. After, rafting through the rapid, we reach
the Modi Khola confluence where we camp overnight.
Day02: Today, we start rafting with frequent of class 3
rapids and the challenging class 4 rapid “REFUND”. This river trip passes
through the lush forest enriched with vines, wildlife and vegetation. We camp
below the village of Purti Ghat.
Day03: Today, we raft through the holy village of Seti Beni.
This part of the river is strewn with large house size boulder in the
confluence with the smaller tributary. After 2 hours of floating, we reach the
put-out point at Mirmire. Drive back to Pokhara.
