Everest View trail route follows the safe and well-marked path that ventures up to fascinating Tengboche Monastery, where visitors can have ultimate Himalaya experience that classical Everest Base Camp Trek offers.
From Lukla airport, you will meet local porters who will carry your luggage along the trails to ancient villages. Interact with local friendly Sherpas and experience their fascinating culture. The villages along the trails are festooned with prayer flags, chortens and monasteries and is back dropped by mighty Everest and other eightthousanders.
Major highlights include the crossing of glacial rivers on sturdy suspension bridges, hiking through cultivated farmlands, sky touching peaks, lush ecosystem and biodiversity, Sherpa settlements with cultural integrity and stunning alpine landscapes.
Everest View Trek, also known as Everest Panorama Trek, starts with the scenic mountain flight to Lukla and begins trekking into UNSCEO world natural heritage site Everest (Sagarmatha) National Park. Namche Bazaar, Khumjung and Tengboche are the major spot of our trail route. Tengboche, the hilltop village serves the best view of Everest and is home to most important monastery in the region.

Itinerary
Day01: Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (1300m) and transfer to hotel
Day02: Kathmandu – Lukla (2642m/35 minutes) – Phakding (2562m) – 3/4 hours trek
Day03: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m) – 5/6 hours trek
Day04: Acclimatization halt at Namche Bazaar
Day05: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3870m/5-6 hours trek)
Day06: Tengboche – Monjo (2840m/ 4-5 hours trek
Day07: Monjo – Lukla – 4/5 hours trek
Day08: Lukla – Kathmandu
Day10: Transfer to airport for final departure
Day01: Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport (1300m) and transfer to hotel
Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and received by our airport representative after your airport terminal. Transfer to hotel via private vehicle
Day02: Kathmandu – Lukla (2642m/35 minutes) – Phakding (2562m) – 3/4 hours trek
After breakfast, transfer to domestic airport to catch a domestic flight to Lukla. Meet your porter at Lukla airport and start your trekking to Phakding.
Overnight at lodge in Phakding
Day03: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m) – 5/6 hours trek
From Phakding, the trail climbs up to Namche through the dense forest of Pine along the Dudh Koshi River crossing famous Hilary suspension bridge. After passing, Benkar, Chumao and Monjo, we enter into the Sagarmatha National Park. Ahead, we pass Jorsale before reaching Namche Bazaar.
Overnight at lodge in Namche Bazaar.
Day04: Acclimatization halt at Namche Bazaar
This day we halt at Namche to acclimatize our body with altitude. We hike to Khumjung (3,786m), the cultural valley surrounded by mountains. In Khumjung, we visit monasteries, Hilary school and the cultural village itself.
We return back to Namche to stay overnight.
Day05: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3870m/5-6 hours trek)
Moring begins with a climb-up to the airstrip at Syangboche. This airstrip is famous for its location and spectacular view of mountains. We further climb up, pass Khumjung village and descend to Dudh Koshi River passing many scatter villages and fir forest. Further, 2 hours climb brings you to Tengboche village standing along the forest of pine and fir. Overnight at Tengboche.
Day06: Tengboche – Monjo (2840m/ 4-5 hours trek
Descend down to Dudh Koshi River and climb up to the village Tasinga and Sansa. Further, hike to Kyangjuma and descend down near to the confluence of Dudh Koshi River and Bhote Khoshi River to cross the Bridge of Dudhkoshi River. Further we cross the Dudh Koshi River several time to reach the beautiful Monjo Village. Overnight at Monjo.
Day07: Monjo – Lukla – 4/5 hours trek
Trek back to Lukla from Monjo to conclude your short Everest View Trek. Overnight at Lukla.
Day08: Lukla – Kathmandu
Every morning, take a flight back to Kathmandu and enjoy your free day at Kathmandu. Attend farewell dinner program organized by 4season treks in typical Nepali restaurant with cultural shows. Overnight at hotel.
Day09: Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley
Full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley with multi-lingual guide in private vehicle. Sightseeing includes the visit to UNSECO designated world heritage sites: Pashupatinath (Hindu Temple Complex), Swayambhunath (2,000 year old monkey temple), Patan Darbar Square, Boudhanath and more.
Drive back to hotel and preparation for the departure
Day10: Transfer to airport for final departure
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your final departure.
